Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking a data science professional to design and implement statistical and machine learning models for customer analytics in a BFSI context.

You will own end-to-end modeling projects, collaborate with Marketing and Business teams, and present insights to US-based stakeholders. You will perform EDA, feature engineering and model evaluation on large customer datasets, applying regression, classification and tree-based methods to improve campaign response and

• Proven experience building statistical and ML models for customer analytics.
• Strong data exploration and feature engineering skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance statistical & machine learning models for customer acquisition, propensity, cross-sell, retention and campaign response.
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, variable selection and predictive modelling on large datasets.
• Apply regression, classification, tree-based algorithms and statistical techniques.
• Conduct model performance evaluation, back-testing, monitoring and recalibration.
• Prepare Model Development Reports (MDRs) covering methodology and limitations.
• Manage end-to-end model development assignments independently.
• Partner with Marketing and Business stakeholders to convert problems into analytical solutions.
• Present model results and insights to US-based stakeholders.
