Job summary

Hackajob is seeking a Production Support / DevOps / SRE professional to provide end-to-end support for Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements) in Hyderabad. You will manage incidents through the service management workflow, work with SMEs, and contribute to monitoring, change, and release management.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake, various RDBMS, batch schedulers, and scripting in Python.

Qualifications

• Provide L1–L3 support to Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on incidents using Incident/Problem/Service management workflows and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to address requests and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Handle Change Management and release management services.
• Perform fail-over and disaster recovery activities.
• Support day-to-day operations across multiple Post Trade Processing apps and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain availability and performance.
• Participate in incident triage and root cause analysis.

Role Description :

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
• Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs.
• Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SMEs.
• Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes.
• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Handle Change Management.
• Provide release management services.
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.
• Support day-to-day operational activities across multiple Post Trade Processing applications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service quality and application availability.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks that may impact business operations.
• Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist in maintaining operational documentation and support procedures in line with organizational standards.
