Qualifications

• 4+ years of Production Support / DevOps / SRE experience.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Exposure to RDBMS including Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Sybase.
• Hands-on with batch schedulers such as TWS or Autosys.
• Proficient in Windows and UNIX environments.
• Scripting with Python.
• Incident Management and response skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on incidents via standard service management workflows and deliver resolutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to fulfill requests and communicate status.
• Operate independently and report progress with SMEs.
• Improve support processes and systems continuously.
• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Manage Change and Release processes.
• Support disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure day-to-day operations across multiple Post Trade Processing apps and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain service quality and availability.
• Monitor performance and proactively identify risks.
• Participate in incident triage and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain operational docs and procedures.

Job Title: Devops Support

Role Description :

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
• Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs.
• Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s.
• Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes.
• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Handle Change Management.
• Provide release management services.
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.
• Support day-to-day operational activities across multiple Post Trade Processing applications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service quality and application availability.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks that may impact business operations.
• Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist in maintaining operational documentation and support procedures in line with organizational standards.

Skills:

• Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience)
