Capco is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Bengaluru, India, to provide L1, L2, L3 support for Post Trade Processing applications. The role involves collaborating with SMEs, implementing improvements to support systems, and managing release and disaster recovery activities. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in Production Support, Dev Ops, or SRE, and be familiar with Windows and UNIX systems. Knowledge of capital markets and settlement applications is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support for Post Trade Processing applications.
• Handle service requests using Incident / Problem / Service management workflows.

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Shift Time: 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
• Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs.
• Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s.
• Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes.
• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Provide release management services.
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience)
• Operating System - Windows and UNIX

Good to have

• Knowledge of Capital Markets (Trade lifecycle, Settlement process)
• Knowledge of SWIFT
• Knowledge of Settlement Applications
