Job summary

Capco Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an AWS Support Engineer to join our DevOps and SRE team in Bengaluru. The role covers L1–L3 production support for post-trade processing apps, with a focus on AWS and Snowflake environments.

You will work with SMEs, coordinate releases, monitor systems, and improve incident response. Familiarity with batch schedulers, Oracle/MS SQL, and cross-platform Unix/Windows is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L1/L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Strong scripting with Python and automation skills.
• Hands-on incident management and problem-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support for Post Trade Processing applications.
• Handle incidents through standard workflow and coordinate with SMEs.
• Perform change, release management, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor application performance and drive improvements in support processes.
• Maintain operation documentation and runbooks.

Role Description

Job Title: Devops Support Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Hinjewadi Phase 1 - Pune Shift Time: EMEA Overview: Role Description :

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
• Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs.
• Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s.
• Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes.
• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Handle Change Management.
• Provide release management services.
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.
• Support day-to-day operational activities across multiple Post Trade Processing applications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service quality and application availability.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks that may impact business operations.
• Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist in maintaining operational documentation and support procedures in line with organizational standards.
