Job summary

Edatabae in Mumbai seeks an experienced AVP - Delivery Operations (Content) to lead large-scale content delivery programs for global clients, universities, and higher education institutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive process improvements, AI-enabled workflows, manage 100+ member teams, and ensure quality, governance, and profitability across revenue portfolios.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of overall experience with 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience as VP / Sr. VP / Head of Delivery / Operations in EdTech, digital learning, content services, publishing, or related education services.
• Experience managing global clients, with exposure to higher education universities and colleges preferred.
• Strong experience in content delivery, course development, assessment programs, and digital learning solutions.
• Experience managing large delivery teams (100+ members; 500+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale content and learning programs for global clients.

• Own delivery operations, revenue portfolios, PL, cost optimization, utilization, and margin improvement initiatives.

• Establish delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, governance processes, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor large delivery teams while building scalable capabilities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflow adoption.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, data privacy, and operational governance requirements.

Education
