Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15-20+ years in project/program/delivery management within EdTech or learning & content solutions.
• Proven experience leading large, distributed delivery teams (50+ members).
• Strong background delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs for enterprise/global clients.
• Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels.
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning delivery P&L or margins.
• Experience working with US/UK/global clients.

We are seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale global learning and content solution programs while owning delivery strategy, operational excellence, and portfolio profitability. He will lead a multi-layered delivery organization, manage key enterprise relationships, and ensure scalable, high-quality execution across complex EdTech engagements. This role combines strategic oversight, financial ownership, and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the delivery vision and operating model for content and digital learning solutions
• Lead large, distributed delivery teams across multiple programs and accounts
• Ensure consistent, scalable execution across instructional design, content production, media, and learning technology streams
• Build future-ready delivery capabilities aligned to market and client needs

2. Portfolio & Program Governance

• Oversee a high-value portfolio of global EdTech and enterprise accounts
• Establish governance structures, review mechanisms, and performance dashboards
• Ensure alignment across timelines, scope, budgets, quality standards, and contractual SLAs
• Proactively manage delivery risks, escalations, and inter-program dependencies

3. Financial & P&L Ownership

• Own delivery financial performance including revenue realization, margins, cost optimization, and utilization
• Drive accurate estimation models and scalable pricing-to-delivery alignment
• Improve profitability through process optimization, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and capacity strategy

4. Executive Client Engagement

• Act as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Lead executive reviews, business health discussions, and renewal conversations
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to enable account growth and expansion

5. Organization & Talent Leadership

• Lead a multi-tier leadership team including Project Heads, Program Managers, and functional leads
• Build leadership bench strength and succession plans
• Drive a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation
• Champion capability building in digital learning, new technologies, and delivery best practices

6. Process Excellence, Quality & Innovation

• Institutionalize standardized delivery frameworks, QA models, and continuous improvement practices
• Implement enterprise-grade tools for tracking, reporting, and collaboration
• Drive adoption of automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and quality
• Ensure compliance with data security, client standards, and operational policies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachlers Degree
• 15 - 20+ years of experience in Project / Program / Delivery Management from EdTech / Learning & Content solutions
• Proven experience leading large, distributed delivery teams (50+ members across roles)
• Strong background delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs for enterprise or global clients
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning delivery P&L or margins
• Experience working with US / UK / global clients
