Job summary

Hurix is seeking a seasoned VP level delivery leader to head large-scale content and learning solution projects across global EdTech clients. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, drives operational excellence, ensures client success, and scales delivery teams for high-quality, on-time, and profitable execution.

This executive will manage multi-project portfolios, partner with sales for solutioning, and establish scalable governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15–20 years in Project / Program / Delivery Management.
• Experience in digital learning / eLearning development.
• Curriculum and content production workflows.
• Experience managing large teams (30–100+).
• Experience working with global clients.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital learning, curriculum, and content development programs across global EdTech clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects with cross-functional teams and monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance.
• Act as executive delivery SPOC for key enterprise and EdTech accounts and lead governance calls.
• Build and mentor Delivery Managers and cross-functional leads to drive accountability and outcomes.
• Define and enforce delivery standards, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
• Own delivery P&L levers, optimize margins, and support budgeting and forecasting.

VP Project Management / Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned delivery leader to head large-scale content and learning solution projects across global EdTech clients. The AVP will own end-to-end program delivery, drive operational excellence, ensure client success, and scale delivery teams for high-quality, on-time, and profitable execution. This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, client management, and delivery governance in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital learning, curriculum, and content development programs
• Manage multiple large and mid-sized projects across enterprise and university clients
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality benchmarks
• Establish scalable delivery frameworks, SOPs, and governance models

2. Program & Portfolio Management

• Oversee a portfolio of projects with cross-functional teams (IDs, SMEs, media, tech, QA)
• Drive effective resource planning, utilization, and capacity forecasting
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and escalations; implement mitigation strategies
• Track delivery KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance (margin, cost, productivity)

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as executive delivery SPOC for key enterprise and EdTech accounts
• Lead client reviews, QBRs, and governance calls
• Manage expectations, change requests, and long-term engagement growth
• Partner with Sales/Presales for solutioning and transition of new projects

4. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional leads
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and outcomes
• Drive capability development in instructional design, digital content, and learning technologies
• Set performance goals and career paths for delivery teams

5. Process Excellence & Quality

• Define and enforce delivery standards, quality frameworks, and review mechanisms
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and automation
• Implement tools and best practices in project tracking, collaboration, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with client, data security, and process standards

6. Financial & Operational Ownership

• Own delivery P&L levers: effort estimation, cost control, margin optimization
• Improve productivity through process optimization and AI-enabled workflows where applicable
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue realization
