Job summary

Additional duties often include creating support documentation, remediating live event issues, and providing direct training to client's event organizers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting successful events and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Qualifications & Experience

Technical Proficiency

• IT & OS:Knowledge of Android, Chrome, iOS, Mac, Windows, and Linux.
• A/V Engineering:Excellent understanding of signal flow in audio/video installations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Networking:Understanding of WiFi, VLANs, ISPs, etc., as they pertain to A/V deployments.

Tools:

Proficiency with helpdesk ticketing software, Google Workspace, and A/V production/post-production workflows.
