Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute the technical requirements for corporate events in accordance with client expectations and project timelines.
- Install, configure, test, and operate professional Audio Visual equipment for live events.
- Perform pre-event system testing to ensure all AV equipment is fully functional before event commencement.
- Independently manage AV operations during live events, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Configure and operate audio systems, video systems, display solutions, and presentation equipment.
- Provide technical support to presenters, speakers, and VIP stakeholders during live events.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, displays, lighting interfaces, and presentation systems in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients, event managers, production teams, vendors, and internal departments for smooth event execution.
- Ensure proper installation, cable management, equipment positioning, and adherence to safety standards.
- Supervise event setup and dismantling activities while ensuring equipment is handled safely.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspection of AV equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive event reports, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements, service documentation, and technical observations upon the successful completion of each event.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and health & safety guidelines.

Collaboration & Event Technologies
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, Hybrid Event Solutions, Live Streaming Platforms
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, Computer Science, Audio Visual Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Corporate AV, Live Events, Event Production, or Professional Audio Visual Services.
- Experience in independently handling corporate events and client-facing engagements.
- Exposure to multinational corporate environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of professional Audio Visual systems and technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of audio, video, display, and signal flow concepts.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lead event execution and support junior team members.
Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel to client locations as per business requirements.
