Job summary

Dutech Systems, Hyderabad, is seeking an Automotive Embedded Hardware Design Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to validate hardware designs and lead schematic/PCB work. You will collaborate with global teams, perform worst-case analyses, and contribute to design reviews.

Proficiency in Altium, LTspice, and Polarion is preferred. Responsibilities include hardware validation before production, layout reviews, and scripting in Python/Arduino/Bash.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
• Automotive domain experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, CE, or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hardware product validation and design validation before Start of Production.
• Participate to design reviews including Schematic and PCB layout.
• Contribute to worst-case and derating analysis with design engineering team according to IPC-9592.
• Altium schematic design, LTSPICE simulation, PCB layout design of unitary prototypes.
• Modify design considering feature additions.
• Closely work with the hardware team in France Headquarter to define the functionalities.
• Experience with test planning, specification, execution and documentation (PLM tool, Polarion).
• Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks: CAN interfaces.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, Arduino, Bash, or similar.
• Understanding of communication protocols like CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C.
• Basic knowledge of EMC and radio frequency electricity.
