e Solutions India is seeking an experienced Sr. Hardware Design Lead to drive the architecture, design, and validation of Automotive Telematics TCUs and Vehicle Diagnostics platforms in Pune.

The role requires deep expertise in high-speed digital systems, wireless connectivity, and automotive-grade compliance. Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience in Automotive Hardware Design
TCU & Vehicle Diagnostics Hardware Architecture
OBD-II, UDS, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN & Automotive Ethernet
4G/5G, GNSS, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Integration
High-Speed Digital, Mixed-Signal & Power Design
Automotive SoCs/MCUs (NXP, Qualcomm, Renesas, TI, Infineon, STM)
Schematic Design & Multi-layer PCB Review
EMC/EMI, ESD, Thermal & Reliability Engineering
Interfaces: CAN, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, SPI, I2C & UART
DV/PV Validation & Root Cause Debugging
ISO 16750, CISPR 25, ISO 7635 & E-Mark Standards
DFM, DFT & Production Readiness
Supplier Management & Component Selection

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Automotive Telematics and Vehicle Diagnostics hardware platforms
Define hardware architecture for TCU, connectivity, and diagnostic solutions
Design and review schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts
Integrate 4G/5G, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth modules
Design high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics circuits
Perform hardware validation, DV/PV testing, and root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with automotive EMC/EMI, ESD, thermal, and reliability standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
Drive DFM, DFT & production readiness activities
