Job summary

Maansarovar Automobile invites applications for a sales leadership role in Chennai. You will drive monthly to annual targets, supervise a sales team, and manage enquiries, bookings, and deliveries at the showroom.

You will also generate leads through field activities, coordinate with finance/insurance, and train the sales staff to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Experience in two-wheeler sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-wheeler sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to train and mentor sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and supervise Sales Executives, Team Leaders and Customer Relationship Executives.
• Monitor daily showroom enquiries, customer walk-ins, bookings and deliveries.
• Generate new sales leads through field activities, references and local marketing.
• Ensure effective follow-up of customer enquiries and improve enquiry-to-booking conversion.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and productivity.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to improve loan and insurance penetration.
• Ensure proper vehicle stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, roadshows and local sales campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints and support the team in closing sales.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and provide product and sales training to team members.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and sales opportunities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of sales records, CRM data and daily reports.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
