Job summary

Luxoft in India is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across web services and APIs. You will drive test automation strategies, implement robust frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java and/or Python, and ensure reliable CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing with at least 3+ years in test automation.
• Hands-on Selenium WebDriver experience.
• Programming in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, and/or PyTest.
• API testing experience using Postman and/or Rest Assured.
• Strong SQL and database testing knowledge.
• Hands-on with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of Git/version control.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Nice-to-have: Capital markets/financial services, trading platforms, or market surveillance.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of equities, derivatives, fixed income, or commodity markets.
• Nice-to-have: Understanding of Order/Trade lifecycle and regulatory systems.
