Responsibilities

• Build and manage our CRM, structuring client data for cleanliness and actionability.
• Create automated workflows across the client lifecycle.
• Maintain Momence API integration, syncing bookings and client data in real time.
• Write scripts and pipelines to extract and organize Momence data.
• Set up and manage client communications via Intercom across WhatsApp, email, and Instagram.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to make metrics visible and reliable.

Designation: Automation Analyst (Full Time)

Working time 9.30am to 6.30am

Ctc : Upto 9 LPA only (hike depends on market % , skillsets, years of experience)

Role Overview

We are globally recognized premium barre fitness brand, scaling fast across India and international markets. Every seamless client experience is powered by a tech ecosystem built with precision and care. We're looking for a technically minded executor ready to help build it out.

You'll work directly alongside a team leader with deep expertise across our full stack: Momence, Salesforce, Zapier, and Intercom, who will define the vision, set the direction, and guide you at every step. The builds are real, the ownership is real, and the learning curve is steep in the best possible way. What we need from you is technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the hunger to do great work under close mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage our CRM, structuring client data so it stays clean, complete, and actionable, with guidance on architecture and logic
• Build automated workflows across the client lifecycle (lead nurturing, retention, win-back). Your team leader defines the logic, you bring it to life
• Build and maintain our Momence API integration, syncing bookings, attendance, and client data in real time, with close technical oversight
• Write scripts and pipelines to extract and organise Momence data. The data requirements and structure will be clearly scoped for you
• Set up and manage client communications via Intercom across WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, guided by a playbook you’ll help refine
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports. The metrics are defined, your job is to make them visible and reliable

Skills & Requirements

• A fast learner who absorbs context quickly and executes without needing to be told twice
• Detail-oriented and genuinely bothered by messy data. You'll be trusted to keep things clean
• Good at asking the right questions, able to take directions, clarify when needed, and follow through reliably
• Excited by the idea of growing into a more senior role as the company scales. This is a launchpad, not a ceiling

Bonus If You Have

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Familiarity with Intercom, Zapier, or Make
• Prior exposure to Momence or fitness and wellness tech
