Job summary

IIDE is seeking a Junior Business Systems and Automation Executive with hands-on CRM experience and exposure to automation tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier. The role focuses on building, optimizing, and maintaining business workflows, plus supporting reporting and data visibility across the organization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather requirements, troubleshoot automation issues, and document processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Lookerstudio, Zoho Analytics or similar dashboards.
• Basic API, webhook, and system integration understanding.
• Deluge or SQL scripting (basic level preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Build and manage workflows on CRM applications (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Develop and maintain automations using tools like Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms.
• Work on data flow between systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics or Lookerstudio.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and system issues proactively.
• Document workflows, automations, and reporting structures.

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd Saturdays will be working; 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays will be an off)
