Job description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and organized Technical Assistant based in India to support executive directly/technical leadership. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations. You will oversee sprint monitoring, conduct technical research, and leverage your coding skills to assist with workflows and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Sprint & Project Monitoring

Monitor daily sprints, tracking progress across teams, managing tasks, and helping facilitate Scrum of Scrums synchronization.

Technical Research & Analysis

Perform technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to support team decision-making.

Coding & Automation

Write and maintain scripts (primarily Python) to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or prototype solutions.

Data Management & Excel

Organize, analyze, and report data using advanced Excel functionality (pivot tables, complex formulas, structured data sets).

Administrative & Leadership Support

Provide high-level administrative assistance, manage schedules, prepare meeting summaries, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Coding

Strong proficiency in Python and Analytics

Project Management Tools

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and tracking tools (e.g., Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, Trello).

Excel

Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data manipulation.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month (based on experience).
