Job summary

IIDE Education Private Limited is seeking a Junior Business Systems & Automation Executive to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve data visibility. You will work with CRMs like Zoho, Leadsquared, and Salesforce, and build automations using Make, n8n, or Zapier, while developing dashboards for management insight.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will ensure data accuracy and scalable integrations, while documenting solutions and maintaining system

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Lookerstudio or Zoho Analytics for dashboards and reporting.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Deluge or SQL scripting (basic level preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Days:Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd Saturdays will be working; 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays will be off)
