Job summary

IIDE is seeking a Junior Business Process Development Executive with hands-on experience in CRMs and automation tools to build, optimize, and maintain business workflows.

You will develop automations on Make, n8n, or Zapier and create dashboards using Looker Studio or Zoho Analytics to improve reporting and data visibility.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations, you will ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and document workflows for scalable automation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce)
• Experience building automations using Make, n8n or Zapier
• Experience creating dashboards with Looker Studio or Zoho Analytics and basic API/webhook knowledge

Working Days:Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd Saturdays will be working; 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturdays will be off)

This role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining business workflows, as well as supporting reporting and data visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  
• Build and manage workflows on CRM applications (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms)
  
• Develop and maintain automations using tools like Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar platforms
  
• Work on data flow between systems using APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics or Lookerstudio
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and implement solutions
  
• Troubleshoot automation failures and system issues proactively
  
• Document workflows, automations, and reporting structures
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, Salesforce or similar platforms)
  
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
  
• Working knowledge of Lookerstudio, Zoho Analytics or similar platforms for dashboarding and reporting
  
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  
• Familiarity with Deluge or SQL scripting (basic level preferred)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
