Job summary

NKP Pharma Pvt. Ltd. seeks an automation engineer with PLC/SCADA programming experience across Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen-Bradley. The role involves verifying SCADA/HMI, alarms, and reports, and preparing IO lists with simulation procedures.

You will support the automation team in testing logic and related automation work, contributing to NKP standards and project deliveries. Based in India, this role expects hands-on implementation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PLC/SCADA programming across Siemens, Mitsubishi and Allen-Bradley.
• Experience with RS Logix 500 and Studio 5000.
• Experience with FactoryTalk View SE/ME projects.
• Knowledge of Zenon SCADA.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Report Builder.
• Knowledge of servo drives 5100/5300 and K3.

Responsibilities

• Verify SCADA/HMI as per standard points.
• Verify alarm generation and fulfilment conditions.
• Verify alarm prints and all other reports as per application.
• Prepare alarm and IO list with simulation procedure document.
• Submit final documents and PLC/HMI/SCADA program backups with testing processes per NKP standards.
• Help the Automation Team with testing of logic and other related automation work.
