Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in Navi Mumbai seeks an automation engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in PLCs (Siemens, AB, Schneider, Mitsubishi), SCADA (WinCC, FT View, Vijeo Citect), and industrial networking. Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, EMS, and datalogging is preferred.

The role involves erection, installation, testing and commissioning for medium-scale projects, system architecture tweaks, panel drawings, cable scheduling and P&ID updates, with emphasis on pharma documentation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automation and integration.
• Hands-on exposure to PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, EMS and datalogging.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on exposure to Siemens, AB, Schneider & Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Experience with WinCC, FT View, Vijeo Citect SCADA.
• Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, EMS and datalogging.
• Intermediate exposure to SQL databases.
• Strong exposure to instrumentation in HVAC/BMS/Process.
• Erection, installation, testing and commissioning on medium-scale projects.
• Exposure to ModbusRTU, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP.
• Familiar with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP5.
• Pharma documentation IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ.
• Industrial networking for PLCs/SCADA/HMI in client-server setups.
• Understand system architecture, panel drawings, cable scheduling, plant layouts, P&ID.

Role & responsibilities

Responsibility:-

1 Should have hands on exposure on Siemens, AB, Schneider & Mitsubishi
2 PLC's(Intermediate to high-end level expertise)
Should have hands on exposure on Wincc, FT View, Vijeo Citect SCADA
frameworks(Intermediate to high-end level expertise)
3 Must have sound knowledge in HVAC,BMS, EMS and Datalogging systems.
4 Must have intermediate exposure in handling SQL databases.
5 Must have strong exposure on instrumentation in verticals(HVAC,BMS,Process
instrumentation)
Must have strong exposure in Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning in Smallto Medium sized projects.
7 Must have exposure towards reputed Industrial communication Protocols ModbusRTU, Modbus TCP/IP,DNP3.0,Profibus, Profinet,Ethernet/IP etc.
8 Should have strong exposure on 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, GAMP5 regulations.
9 Must have worked in the Pharma domain and handled documentation related to
IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
10 Intermediate level exposure in Industrial Networking, connecting PLCs,SCADA & HMI's
in Client- Server or Redundancy Architecture.
11 Must be comfortable in Understanding and modifying System Architecture, Panel
drawing, Cable Scheduling, Plant Layouts, P&ID.

Experience& Qualification :-2+ years of experience
