Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in Delhi seeks a hands-on PLC/SCADA engineer with exposure to Siemens, AB, Schneider and Mitsubishi PLCs and SCADA systems to drive installation, testing, and commissioning on pharma projects.

The role requires HVAC, BMS and EMS knowledge, SQL data handling, and familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP); IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ documentation and 21 CFR Part 11/GAMP5 compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Siemens, AB, Schneider and Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Proficient with WinCC/FT View/Vijeo Citect SCADA frameworks.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC, BMS and EMS.
• Experience with SQL databases and data logging.
• Instrumentation knowledge in HVAC, BMS, and process instrumentation.
• Experience in erection, installation, testing and commissioning on small to mid-size projects.
• Exposure to Modbus RTU/TCP, DNP3.0, Profibus, Profinet and Ethernet/IP.
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP5 regulations.
• Pharma domain documentation IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ.
• Industrial networking connecting PLCs, SCADA & HMIs in client-server or redundant architectures.
• Ability to interpret system architecture, panel drawings, cable scheduling, plant layouts and P&ID.

Responsibilities

• Erection, installation, testing and commissioning of PLC/SCADA projects.
• Implement and commission SCADA interfaces and PLC configurations.
• Collaborate on system architecture, panel drawings and plant layouts.

Job description

Responsibility:-

• 1 Should have hands on exposure on Siemens, AB, Schneider & Mitsubishi
• 2 PLC's(Intermediate to high-end level expertise) Should have hands on exposure on Wincc, FT View, Vijeo Citect SCADA frameworks(Intermediate to high-end level expertise)
• 3 Must have sound knowledge in HVAC,BMS, EMS and Datalogging systems.
• 4 Must have intermediate exposure in handling SQL databases.
• 5 Must have strong exposure on instrumentation in verticals(HVAC,BMS,Process instrumentation)
• Must have strong exposure in Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning in Small to Medium sized projects.
• 7 Must have exposure towards reputed Industrial communication Protocols ModbusRTU, Modbus TCP/IP,DNP3.0,Profibus, Profinet,Ethernet/IP etc.
• 8 Should have strong exposure on 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, GAMP5 regulations.
• 9 Must have worked in the Pharma domain and handled documentation related to IQ/DQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• 10 Intermediate level exposure in Industrial Networking, connecting PLCs,SCADA & HMI's in Client- Server or Redundancy Architecture.
• 11 Must be comfortable in Understanding and modifying System Architecture, Panel drawing, Cable Scheduling, Plant Layouts, P&ID).
