PeopleStrong Pte Ltd in Rajkot, India invites an experienced sales leader to coach and motivate the Business Managers, ensuring disciplined execution and strong team cohesion.

You will monitor performance, develop and implement sales strategies to create new opportunities, guide BMs to meet monthly targets, and engage healthcare professionals and retailers to drive brand launches.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and motivating the Business Managers.
• Maintain bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arrest attrition.
• Sustained efforts towards professional discipline and welfare of teammates.
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities.
• Guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring ROIE from targeted customers.
• Launching and engaging with key customers to ensure new brand launch success.
• Managing inventory at stockist level and reducing credit notes.
• Discussing clinical usage, dosages, and product applications.
• Interacting with medical and healthcare professionals to build relationships.
• Achieving monthly sales objectives through planning and ensuring product availability at retailers/pharmacies.
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms.

• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE( Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
• Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
• Managing inventory at stockist level and keeping implementing measures to reduce credit notes
• Discuss the clinical usage, dosages, and how our products/brands can be used to treat different conditions.
• Interact with medical and healthcare professionals (Doctor, Retailer/Pharmacy/ Stockist) to build strong professional relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales objective through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at Retailers/Pharmacies and prescription generation from focused customers
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms
