Job summary

PeopleStrong Pte Ltd in Kolkata seeks a Sales Manager to lead and motivate business managers, drive monthly targets, and build strong retailer and pharmacy partnerships.

You will plan sales strategies, monitor performance, and report feedback to senior management while working to maximize ROIE from targeted customers. The role requires coordinating launches and ensuring stockist availability at retailers and pharmacies across West Bengal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the business managers.
• Maintain team bonding to ensure objectives are met and reduce attrition.
• Promote professional discipline and welfare of teammates.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to senior management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow opportunities.
• Guide BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives.
• Build relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders.
• Ensure ROIE from targeted customers.
• Lead launches and maintain engagement with key customers for brand success.
• Manage stockist inventory and reduce credit notes.
• Discuss clinical usage and dosages to guide product use.
• Interact with doctors, retailers, and pharmacists to build relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through planning, execution, and product availability.
• Report daily activities and feedback per norms.

• Leading, Coaching and Motivating the Business Managers
• Maintain good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition
• Sustained efforts towards ensuring professional discipline and welfare of teammates
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities
• Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE( Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
• Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
• Managing inventory at stockist level and keeping implementing measures to reduce credit notes
• Discuss the clinical usage, dosages, and how our products/brands can be used to treat different conditions.
• Interact with medical and healthcare professionals (Doctor, Retailer/Pharmacy/ Stockist) to build strong professional relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales objective through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at Retailers/Pharmacies and prescription generation from focused customers
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms
