Job summary

PeopleStrong Pte Ltd seeks a driven Sales Manager in Indore to lead and motivate the business team, drive monthly sales objectives, and build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and stockists. You will ensure timely product launches, optimize stock levels, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize ROIE.

Responsibilities include planning sales strategies, guiding BMs, and maintaining high team discipline and engagement to deliver targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales planning and execution to hit monthly targets.
• Strong relationship-building with doctors, retailers, and stockists.
• Ability to coordinate launches and sustain brand engagement with key customers.

• Leading, Coaching and Motivating the Business Managers
• Maintain good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition
• Sustained efforts towards ensuring professional discipline and welfare of teammates
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities
• Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE( Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
• Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
• Managing inventory at stockist level and keeping implementing measures to reduce credit notes
• Discuss the clinical usage, dosages, and how our products/brands can be used to treat different conditions.
• Interact with medical and healthcare professionals (Doctor, Retailer/Pharmacy/ Stockist) to build strong professional relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales objective through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at Retailers/Pharmacies and prescription generation from focused customers
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms
