KS Bakers is seeking a proactive Outlet Supervisor to support daily bakery operations and lead a small team to achieve sales and service goals. The role emphasizes hands-on management, customer service excellence, and strict adherence to hygiene and display standards.

You will oversee billing and staffing, train staff on polite customer interactions, and coordinate with the Outlet Manager to meet daily targets. Strong English communication and multitasking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day outlet operations and maintain cleanliness and display standards.
• Supervise counter sales, packers and housekeeping staff; manage staff rosters.
• Drive daily/weekly sales targets and promote upselling/cross-selling.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety norms and audits.
• Monitor customer feedback and take timely corrective actions.

Job Purpose:

To support the Outlet Manager in daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, team management, and achievement of sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Outlet Operations:**


• Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the outlet.


• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper display of products.


• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with inventory/supply team.

Customer Service

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints efficiently.


• Train team members to greet customers and handle queries politely and professionally.


• Monitor customer feedback and ensure prompt corrective action.

Team Supervision

• Supervise counter sales staff, packers, and housekeeping staff.


• Ensure staff follow grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards.


• Plan staff duty rosters and leave schedules in coordination with the Outlet Manager.

Sales & Targets

• Drive daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.


• Promote upselling and cross-selling among team members.


• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and coordinate with the central team.

Billing & Cash Handling

• Supervise billing operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling.


• Perform end-of-day reconciliation of cash and card transactions.


• Report any discrepancies to the Outlet Manager immediately.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety norms, and statutory requirements.


• Prepare and submit daily sales and operations reports.


• Assist in internal audits and stock verification.

Qualification & Experience

• **Education:** Intermediate (Hospitality/Retail preferred)


• **Experience:** 2-4 years in food retail/QSR/bakery/hotel outlet operations


• **Age Limit:** 22 to 30 years preferred
