Mphasis is seeking a senior team-lead profile with 7+ years of experience in retirement services. The role focuses on managing a team handling processes related to distributions such as hardship withdrawals, QDRO, RMD, in-service distributions, loans, and related 401K contributions/ repayments.

Strong people management and client interaction skills are required. Ideal candidates will have 7 years of overall experience, valid passport, and readiness for night shifts.
