Job summary

Mphasis in Chennai seeks an experienced team lead with 2+ years of team handling experience in Banking and capital markets. You will oversee a multi-person unit handling assets & fund services, fund accounting, derivatives pricing, cash reconciliation, and trade operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes people management, performance coaching, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Overall 2+ years of team handling experience.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets such as Assets & Fund services, Fund Accounting, Derivatives pricing, Cash Reconciliation, Trade operations, Trade settlements, Trade reconciliation etc.

• Manageteam effectively and become a successful interface between the teamand internal/external customers and/or company
• Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
• Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
• Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
• Should manage daily client meetings.
