• 4-7 years overall experience with at least 2 years in team handling.
• Domain knowledge in Banking and Capital Markets is preferred.

Overall 2+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets such as Assets & Fund services, Fund Accounting, Derivatives pricing, Cash Reconciliation, Trade operations, Trade settlements, Trade reconciliation etc.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manageteam effectively and become a successful interface between the teamand internal/external customers and/or company
• Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
• Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
• Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
• Should manage daily client meetings.
