Mphasis in Pune seeks an experienced Team Manager with 7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years managing other managers. The role focuses on Retirement Services domain, handling distributions such as Hardship withdrawals, QDRO, RMD, and in-service distributions, and overseeing 401K contributions and loan repayments.

Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, and be comfortable night shifts; a valid passport and graduation are required.

Job Summary

Overall 1+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Retirement Service. Especially knowledge in Distributions such as Hardship withdrawals, QDRO, RMD, In-service distributions, Death, loans or experience in processing 401K contribution, loan repayments etc.

Process Requirement

• Valid Passport
• Graduation
• Flexibility in shifts
• 7 years overall exp and minimum 2 years of team managers exp(managing team managers)

Years of experience needed – 7 Years.
