Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills enabling effective stakeholder interactions.
• Strong MS Office proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Domain knowledge in Capital Markets with an ability to analyze processes and drive improvements.
• Analytical mindset with structured problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Good presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Basic Lean and Six Sigma knowledge is a plus for process improvements.
