Job summary

Srivasavi Adhesive Tapes in India seeks a procurement specialist to manage raw materials and services, issue purchase orders, monitor forecasts, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

You will conduct supplier assessments, track GRN and invoices, and prepare MIS reports while maintaining ISO standards and audits. Strong negotiation and inventory control skills, ERP and MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Ability to manage stock levels and forecast needs.
• Familiarity with supplier audits and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Purchase of Raw materials, Services, and Consumables in line with norms.
• Issue Purchase Orders timely and communicate forecasts to suppliers.
• Monitor daily MRP, perform inventory inspections, and reorder as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers for PO, invoices, and GRN issues; conduct supplier assessments.

• Purchase of all Raw material, Services, and Consumables, Procurement as per norms, Issuance of Purchase Order Timely, Issuance of Purchase Order Timely, Communicating Monthly and Weekly forecast plan to supplier, Daily MRP monitoring, Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary, Material follow-up, Daily Receipts Checking Plan vs Actual, Coordinate with supplier for Purchase order/invoices and GRN issues, Supplier assessment audit, Liaison between Management and Supplier, Supplier 4M monitoring, Supplier review and performance management, MIS Reports preparation, Knowledge of ISO standards & Audits.
