• Very good knowledge of e-commerce for marketplace is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end eCommerce order lifecycle.
• Raise disputes for customer returns with logistics partners.
• Analyze marketplace payment settlement reports for discrepancies.
• Develop processes to identify payment discrepancies.
• Create and publish regular MIS for stakeholders.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager

• Type: Full-time
• Salary Package: 3-4 LPA

Responsibilities

• Ensuring end to end ecommerce order lifecycle.
• Raising disputes for customer returned goods with multiple marketplace platform/ logistic partner.
• Raising dispute for wrong commission/ logistic charges/ other charges with multiple marketplace platform
• Analysing marketplace payment settlement report if any payment discrepancy and taking corrective actions.
• Strong and regular follow up with the partners for all payment dispute resolution.
• Develop strong process and workflows to identify payment discrepancies and resolutions as per guidelines and timelines.
• Develop a strong operational process flows to prevent any such payment discrepancy occurrence.
• Create and publish regular MIS to all concerned stakeholders.
• Handling large volume of e-commerce marketplaces data.

Requirements

• B.com / MBA Finance / M.com in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in e-commerce / marketplace payment dispute management or a similar role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in excel is required
• Previous experience or very good knowledge of e-commerce for marketplace is mandatory
