Job summary

Kanalysis is seeking an Accountant with hands-on e-commerce experience to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for online business operations. This role focuses on GST/TDS compliance, payroll, and accurate financial statements.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of accounting experience in an e-commerce setting, strong MS Excel skills, and hands-on experience with Tally/ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Hands-on GST, TDS, and Indian taxation knowledge.
• Proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and month-end closing.
• Manage e-commerce sales reconciliation across marketplaces, payment gateways & bank.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Ensure GST compliance for e-commerce transactions (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• Handle TDS filings (24Q, 26Q) and Income Tax compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Perform bank, gateway, and ledger reconciliations.
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Manage payroll processing and related statutory compliance.
