Job summary

B New Mobiles in India seeks an experienced E-Commerce Accountant to manage accounting and reconciliation for Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations.

You will handle sales accounting, settlement reconciliation, GST, TCS & TDS, month-end closing, MIS and profitability reporting, and work with Apex and Advanced Excel to drive accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce accounting or marketplace operations.
• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot, macros).
• Knowledge of GST, TCS & TDS reconciliation for e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities

• Account for Amazon and Flipkart sales and reconciliations.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements, sales, returns and refunds.
• Perform GST, TCS & TDS reconciliation and related filings support.
• Handle bank reconciliation and month-end closing processes.
• Prepare MIS and profitability reporting; support Apex and advanced Excel analyses.
