Job summary

H1 Hr Solutions in India seeks a Compliance Auditor to conduct statutory audits across multiple acts, review documentation, and ensure adherence for employees and contractors. You will coordinate with operations and accounts to submit timely returns.

You will track changes in labor laws, update internal checklists, support audit processes, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for management review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory compliance audits related to S&E Act Pan India, Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and other applicable laws and statutory challans and returns for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), factory Act, shops & establishment Pan India CLRA
• Verify and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements for employees and contractors.
• Review compliance documentation, registers, records, and returns.
• Prepare audit reports highlighting gaps, risks, and non-compliances with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Operations teams & Accounts teams for timely submission of statutory returns.
• Track changes in labor laws and regulations, updating internal compliance checklists accordingly.
• Support internal and external audit processes and assist in closing audit observations.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance MIS for management review.
