Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an Assistant Manager Operations & Logistics to oversee day-to-day stock movement, dispatch, billing, and client coordination. The role requires strong follow-up, communication, and operational management skills to align with sales and accounts teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with transporters, ensuring timely deliveries, managing billing and stock records, and generating MIS reports for management. FMCG/distribution exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and billing software/ERP.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch and stock management.
• Strong follow-up and collection abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams under deadlines.
• FMCG / Ice Cream / Distribution experience preferred.

• Handle billing, invoicing, credit/debit notes and related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and salesmen regarding orders, deliveries and stock requirements.
• Monitor daily stock availability and dispatch requirements.
• Follow up with clients and sales team for market outstanding / pending payments.
• Maintain proper records of billing, dispatch, stock and outstanding collections.
• Resolve customer issues related to billing, stock and delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Ensure timely closure of pending orders, deliveries and payment follow-ups.
