Job description

Overview

We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for Technical Asst. facility managers to join our fast growing pan India facility management company.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and attending shutdown as per client requirements.
2. Identification & implementation of safe working practices.
3. Ensure overall plant projects & maintenance activities of Electromechanical equipment, Transformers, HT & LT lines, HT & LT panels, DGs, UPS, HVAC system, WTP, STP, Firefighting system etc. and achieve 99.99% uptime.
4. Liaison with Govt. Agencies viz, PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc.
5. Preparation of transition checklist for all MEP.
6. HOTO preparation and execution according to the standard checklist prepared as per site requirement.
7. Snagging & De-snagging of complete MEP system in the property as per the site-specific standards.
8. Preparation and implementation of 52 weeks preventive maintenance schedule for each and every electro-mechanical equipment/system.
9. Follow up with the AMC vendor to attend the breakdown as per the contract SLA.
10. CCTV and access controls systems maintenance.
11. Coordination with the client and the vendor for the renewal of AMC.
