Job summary

Uniservice Apartment Solutions LLP in Bangalore North, India is seeking a Facility Manager/Assistant Facility Manager to lead a residential facilities team and drive service quality.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure projects stay within budget and SLAs, handle shift handovers, and report incidents with RCA. Knowledge of DG, elevators, and STP is a plus; growth opportunities exist within a dynamic, technology-enabled facility management company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10 to 20 people (Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees.
• Coordinate projects with vendors to ensure timely project execution within budget and report to management.
• Prioritize work as per management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process.
• Ensure hand over and take over during shift change over between technicians/BMS and AFMs.
• Ensure customer compliance are attended on time by technicians, tickets are closed within SLA.
• Incident report with RCA.
• Manage downtime/breakdowns, supervise logbooks, checklists and schedules.
• Knowledge about DG, Elevator, STP is added advantage.
