Job summary

Jubilant Biosys is seeking an Assistant Engineer - Instrumentation to execute maintenance as per TPM standards and ISO record-keeping. The role involves planning, calibration, and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, with responsibility for spares, records, and SOP creation.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of Instrumentation/I&C experience and be capable of supporting maintenance planning in a GMP/biotech environment.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control with 2–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Map critical instrumentation v/s spares.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
• Review ISO processes for effectiveness.
• Prepare SOPs for revival and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Standardize identified field instruments.
• Raise purchase indent for spares as required for maintenance.
• Maintain all instrumentation records.

Summary of Job

Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining ISO records.

Key Responsibilities

• Mapping of critical Instrumentation v/s spares.
• Compliance to preventive maintenance & calibration of instrumentations.
• Responsible for review of existing ISO for increased effectively.
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system.
• Standardization of Identified field instruments.
• Responsible for raising purchase indent for various spares parts required by their department for maintenance work.
• To maintain all records related to instrumentation.
