The ideal candidate will manage maintenance activities and ensure systems' reliability, while also participating in projects and leading teams in compliance with ISO standards. A Diploma or B.E. in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering is required, alongside leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Mandatory Skill-Sets:

• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, control philosophy, and industrial automation
• Hands-on experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, VFD/Inverter systems, field instruments, and control valves
• Experience in maintenance of automation hardware and software
• Knowledge of industrial communication networks, servers, and database systems
• Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance planning
• Strong experience in project execution and system modification
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, and repair of instrumentation spares
• Knowledge of calibration procedures and reliability improvement techniques
• Leadership skills with proven experience in manpower management and team building
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and training capabilities
• Knowledge of ISO systems, Quality Circle, 5S, and continuous improvement practices

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance activities including hardware and software support for instrumentation and automation systems
• Ensure high availability and reliability of DCS, PLCs, VFDs/Inverters, and control systems
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities as per schedules
• Plan and execute instrumentation projects and system modification jobs
• Participate in design reviews, installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• Manage procurement, inventory, repair, and cost optimization of instrumentation spares
• Prepare maintenance plans and coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, IT, and Production teams
• Manage shift manpower, scheduling, and provide technical guidance to the team
• Conduct training programs and develop technical competency within the team
• Lead ISO, Quality Circle, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare maintenance, project, breakdown, MIS, and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and departmental procedures
