Job summary

Jubilant Pharmova in Maharashtra's Nira location seeks an Assistant Engineer - Instrumentation to join Engineering Services. The role focuses on executing instrumentation maintenance aligned with TPM/ Six Sigma and ISO record keeping to ensure reliable plant operations.

You will map spares, calibrate field instruments, and prepare SOPs for DCS/PLC/SCADA troubleshooting. A BE/BTech in Instrumentation or I&C with 2–4 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Instrumentation or I&C with 2-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of calibration and maintenance practices for DCS/PLC/SCADA.
• Familiarity with ISO records and TPM standards.

Responsibilities

• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with TPM, Six Sigma and ISO records.
• Mapping of critical instrumentation v/s spares.
• Compliance to preventive maintenance and calibration of instrumentations.
• Review of existing ISO for increased efficiency.
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Standardization of identified field instruments.
• Raising purchase indent for spares and parts required by their department for maintenance work.
• Maintain all records related to instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining ISO records.
• Mapping of critical Instrumentation v/s spares.
• Compliance to preventive maintenance and calibration of instrumentations.
• Responsible for review of existing ISO for increased effectively.
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival and trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system.
• Standardization of Identified field instruments.
• Responsible for raising purchase indent for various spares parts required by their department for maintenance work.
• To maintain all records related to instrumentation.
