Job summary

Jubilant Ingravia Limited in Bharuch district, Gujarat, seeks an instrumentation maintenance professional to execute upkeep of plant instrumentation. You will operate per TPM, Six Sigma, and ISO standards and ensure ISO records are maintained.

You will map critical instrumentation to spares, apply preventive maintenance and calibration, review IMS for effectiveness, draft SOPs for DCS/PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, standardize devices, manage spare parts purchasing, keep records, and uphold EHS

Responsibilities

• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance per planning with TPM, Six Sigma and ISO records.
• Mapping of critical instrumentation vs spares.
• Compliance to preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Review IMS to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare SOP for quick revival and troubleshooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA.
• Standardization of identified field instruments.
• Raise purchase indent for maintenance spares.
• Maintain all records.
• Adhere to EHS policy.
• Training and development of team members.
• Implement ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, TPM and WCM.
• Implement 5S in plant and office.
• Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Security).

Job description

• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as per planning and in alignment with standards of TPM, Six Sigma and maintaining ISO records.
• Mapping of critical Instrumentation v/s spares.
• Compliance to preventive maintenance & calibration,
• Responsible for review of existing IMS for increased effectively.
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system.
• Standardization of Identified field instruments.
• Responsible for raising purchase indent for various spares parts required by their department for maintenance work.
• To maintain all records.
• Responsible for adherence to EHS policy.
• Training and development of team members.
• To implement ISO 9000, ISO-14000, OHSAS -18000, TPM and WCM.
• To implement of 5S in plant and office.
• Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Security)
