Job summary

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited in Nira is seeking an Assistant Engineer - Instrumentation to execute maintenance as per TPM/Six Sigma standards and ISO record-keeping. You will align with planning and ensure proper calibration of instrumentation and DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, supporting ISO processes.

The role requires 2–4 years ofInstrumentation/I&C experience with knowledge of field instruments, and you will report to the Manager – Instrumentation in Engineering Services.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech – Instrumentation / I&C with 2 - 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Mapping of critical Instrumentation vs spares.
• Compliance to preventive maintenance & calibration of instrumentations.
• Responsible for review of existing ISO for increased effectiveness.
• Preparation of SOP for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system.
• Standardization of Identified field instruments.
• Responsible for raising purchase indent for various spares parts required by their department for maintenance work.
• To maintain all records related to instrumentation.
