Job summary

Veradigm Inc. in Pune (Work from office) is seeking 1–3 year experienced RPA Operations Support professionals. The role involves monitoring automations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with global clients to ensure bot reliability.

You will interact with internal teams, help scale bot deployments, and manage scheduling and post-deployment validation. A background in healthcare processes and hands-on RPA tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/business experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in RPA operations support or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and support staff.
• Monitor automations using UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room, respond to errors and performance issues.
• Restart or re-trigger bots and escalate critical issues to development teams.
• Update configuration files to support bot scaling and deployment.
• Assist with bot scheduling and post-deployment validation for new clients.
• Raise and track support tickets in Jira & ServiceNow.
• Review emails proactively and address issues to prevent escalation.

Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot
• Basic understanding of Windows Servers
• Exposure on interaction with international clients (US preferred)
• Hands on experience on application/ product support

Responsibilities

• Ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and all levels of support staff and Engineers.
• Monitor automations using Automation Anywhere Control room and UiPath Orchestrator and respond to errors, exceptions, and performance issues.
• Restart or re-trigger bots as needed and escal critical issues to the development team.
• Update configuration files to support BOT scaling.
• Assist with bot scheduling in the Control Room and validate post-deployment execution.
• Assist with new client onboarding process.
• Raising support tickets in Jira & ServiceNow
• Proactively reviewing the emails and actively responding to address issues/de-escalate.

Good to have

• Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and terminology.
• Automation platforms experience for RPA Operations Support in (UiPath/ Automation Anywhere, etc.,) is preferred.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or relevant Technical / Business Experience
