Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an Associate Support Consultant for an onsite role in Pune to be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with product usage via phone, email, or chat.

You will resolve issues related to functionality and setup, log support cases, and collaborate with product teams to escalate bugs or feedback. Strong communication in English and a proactive, learning mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any stream (Technical/Science/Humanities).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1 English).
• Curious, tech-friendly mindset with basic troubleshooting interest.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues related to product functionality and system setup.
• Log, track, and document support cases.

How you will make an impact: As an Associate Support Consultant, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients — solving issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth product usage via phone, email, or chat.

Your responsibilities include:

• Resolving client issues related to product functionality and system setup
• Logging, tracking, and documenting support cases
• Collaborating with product teams to escalation bugs or feedback
• Reproducing client issues and assisting in root cause identification
• Learning continuously through mentorship and knowledge base use

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in any stream - Technical/Science/Humanities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1 English proficiency)
• Curious, tech-friendly, and eager to learn troubleshooting basics
• Comfortable working in a hybrid support environment.

Bonus If You Have

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer or product support role
• Basic familiarity with cloud, app support, or healthcare software

Working Style

• Standard weekday hours, which would include standard US working hours & night shifts when required. With occasional after-hours or holiday support when needed
• Work setup - Work from office in a professional office space setup. We appreciate your time off! Just a heads-up: during key business times, PTO might be limited to keep things running smoothly
