  • Translate technical, operational, and business concepts into engaging, audience‑appropriate learning experiences that promote understanding and skill development.
  • Support implementation, activation, and change initiatives by developing and delivering training that enables successful adoption of new solutions, technologies, processes, and operational practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding, knowledge transfer, and readiness activities to accelerate learner proficiency and support successful transitions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input, and implement continuous improvements to learning programs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure training content remains accurate, current, aligned with product enhancements, operational requirements, and organizational priorities.
  • Provide coaching, consultation, and ongoing learning support to reinforce knowledge application and improve individual and team performance.
  • Maintain training records, learning content repositories, and instructional documentation in accordance with established standards and processes.
  • Monitor industry trends, adult learning methodologies, and emerging training technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of learning strategies and best practices that support workforce readiness, operational consistency, customer success, and business performance.
