Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an RPA Operations Support professional for the Pune office to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated bots. You will work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth bot execution and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Familiarity with US healthcare terminology is a plus, and a hybrid work environment is provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or relevant Technical / Business Experience
• 1–3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and all levels of support staff and Engineers.
• Monitor automations using Automation Anywhere Control room and UiPath Orchestrator and respond to errors, exceptions, and performance issues.
• Restart or re-trigger bots as needed and escalate issues to the development team.
• Update configuration files to support BOT scaling.
• Assist with bot scheduling in the Control Room and validate post-deployment execution.
• Assist with new client onboarding process.
• Raising support tickets in Jira & ServiceNow
• Proactively reviewing the emails and actively responding to address issues/de-escalate.
