Join Veradigm as an Associate Support Consultant, the first line of support for clients, providing assistance via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues related to product functionality and system setup.
• Log, track and document support cases.
• Collaborate with product teams to elevate bugs or provide feedback.
• Reproduce client issues and assist in root cause identification.
• Continuously learn through mentorship and the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream – Technical, Science or Humanities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; C1 English proficiency.
• Curious, tech‑friendly, and eager to learn troubleshooting basics.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid support environment.

Preferred Experience

• 2‑3 years of experience in a customer or product support role.
• Basic familiarity with cloud, app support or healthcare software.

Working Style

Standard weekday hours, including U.S. standard work hours. Night shifts may be required. Occasional after‑hours or holiday support when necessary.

Work from office in a professional office space.
