Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Associate Technical Architect to lead the design and development of customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), or other Salesforce clouds, and will have transitioned into working hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud.

This role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, designing data models, and leading a team of developers to ensure successful delivery. The Associate Technical Architect will work closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and marketing stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals.

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activation
Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio
Experience in designing and reviewing data models for customer data platforms
Experience with Einstein
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
